Privatisation valuations

They are prepared for the needs of the privatisation authority. Pursuant to the Privatisation and Post-privatisation Control Act:

Article 4. (1) The privatisation of the state-owned interest in the capital of any commercial corporation, as well as of any self-contained part of the property of commercial corporations wherein the State holds an interest exceeding 50 per cent, shall be effected by the Privatisation Agency.

(2) The privatisation of the municipal-owned interest in the capital of any commercial corporation, of any self-contained part of the property of commercial corporations wherein a municipality holds an interest exceeding 50 per cent, as well as of any item of property referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2, sub-paragraph 3 shall be effected by the municipal councils or by authorities thereby designated.
